The wake keep of Multiny’s father in-law yesterday on the 9th of March, 2019 at Sacred Heart Church, NJ, was a success as people turned up in mass to sympathize and give their support to the bereaved family. It was indeed a celebration of life as their sympathizers were well entertained…Among those present were the Deputy Mayor of Newark, Judge Nkama, Igwe of Odinma Anaedo Social club Hon Engr Victor Ibeka, CEO iSEE Magazine, and Others.
Music played by the DJ “Goodnoize” was well entertaining as those present danced to their satisfaction, though the music was unexpectedly interrupted by a Rev. in charge of the venue as he turned down the music when the dancing was at its peak, which was seen as a mark of disrespect on the DJ, the host and the honourable members present.
Igwe Of Odinma Anaedo Social Club and other dignitaries reacted by questioning the Rev. Father on his reason for the act, the Rev. Father apologized and said..
“My agreement with the host was till 3am and it is 3am”
He presented the form being signed as an agreement between him and the host on the time scheduled for the wake keep, and the matter was resolved amicably.
