I’m not happy and I’m not sad. The day His Excellency, Ihedioha was announced as the Governor of Imo State, people were celebrating…I told them “it’s not over until it’s over” because what the elders see while sitting, the young ones standing on their toes won’t see no matter how hard they try.” So, some myopic ones attacked me but now, they have seen it.
My father used to tell me ” Never forget where you’re coming from and where you’re going”. His Excellency, Emeka Ihedioha failed to understand where he came from and got carried away with “Imo Bu Nke Anyi” forgetting that before Abraham Jesus was born. He surrounded himself with his enemies, they praised him, deceived and made him forget his cooking pot on fire while his opponent was busy cooking. Now, he’s done…they ate the last supper on his head, and threw him away.
I saw this before now but kept quiet because i never wanted to criticize or be like Mbaka.
In politics, there is no sentiments. You will never please everybody….believe me, many hands left Ihedioha after he became the Governor of Imo State, and since then the strong man became weak because he wanted to please everybody.
According to a researcher, she said Nigerians have a special gene that makes them happy…which is very true. They forget their problems so fast that they only realize themselves when they get another hit. Give Imolites one week they will become very excited with His Excellency, Hope Uzodinma and forget Ihedioha.
You need to know the game before you can succeed in the game. Never take any moment for granted. The slow movement of a tiger is not a mistake but a calculated accuracy. Anything can happen since nothing is impossible.
I wish His excellency, the former Governor, Emeka Ihedioha all the best and let this be a big lesson to him for better days ahead.
Imolites be wiser “Imo Bu Nke Anyi Ma Ha Kwe”
